TEN YEARS ON ... HIGH SCHOOL REUNION You were a paragon of sheer pulchritude your charisma showed, you always looked fab I adore your dress as you step out of the cab but you’re in discomfort and in an awful mood! It’s a revelation but you really need to diet (You’d always been petite, a tiny size eight) Now your tush is huge, you’ve put on weight I don’t want a blazing row, so I’ll just be quiet! Wonderful job, I'm impressed how you used the required words so that they fit seamlessly and don't sound contrived. I usually skip the contests that force me to use certain words.

I was surprised I managed to get the words in and for it to make sense. I enter fewer and fewer contests these days and will only write if they really inspire me:-) hugs JAN xx

Hi Jan, As we age so does our bodies. We must be comfortable in our skin if we are a size 2 or a size 8. But I must admit it's a hard adjustment for the beauty queen with a huge ego. I wish you the best of luck in the contest :-) Alexis

- I was unlucky and asked a former acquaintance if she was pregnant ... she was not pregnant ... she was only twice as big as I remembered her from earlier ... I have learned ... my mouth is closed :))) - Excellent written, Jan - Best wishes in the contest :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

You would never say anything to hurt someone intentionally. When I was in high school, there was a cheerleader who had an inflated ego and thought she was "all that." At a reunion years ago, it wasn't her ego that was inflated.

ha ha ha Lin I can picture that so well lol ,We can all say things that can hurt even if they were done unintentionally. we never had proms or anything like that and I've never been to a school reunion - would love to see how the bullies turned out - they made my life a misery:-( hugs jan xx
