Love's Bench

She hurried frantically back to the bench in a frenetic search for her purse She was mad at herself for being so careless And her teeth began to clench She was hoping against hope that it would still be there But it was gone, she was left in despair Just then a tall stranger tapped her on the shoulder In his hand her lost purse She thanked him, and they chatted awhile Even exchanging a few smiles The next day they met on that same bench And as they gazed into each others eyes Love began to blossom under blue skies It began when her purse was found And now love had found them, and given them it's crown

Nothing's worse than a purse, wallet, or even keys left behind. Thanks for the read.
