Lonely

LONELY I cannot ignore loneliness of mind overcoming dull depression, dismay. Devastated dreams repeat to rewind. I suffer failing those to drive away. I search to sink, to link with deep dense roots of my passion, yearning or emotion that pricks, pierces, cuts, injures and puts me in solitary isolation. Reasonable or irrational thought craves, tingles to be honored by other , occupies only lonely heart I got. I proceed all along as a loner. I wish to relish my desired moments in joy but lonely mind only laments. 03/13/23

Very sad but a great sonnet, Anisha. Loneliness does have its perks. Peace and quiet is a big plus, freedom todo what and when you want plus lots more. Like you my loneliness comes and goes. I really loved your sonnet.
