Lonely
I’m surrounded by
family and friends
I feel a profound
loneliness.
I’m trapped inside
my mind, thinking
of a time when I
was very happy.
My soulmate and
best friend passed
away two years ago.
I am so lonely
without him; he
was the love of
my life.
Until we meet
again, I will be
all alone.
