Let It Rain

Clouds, spitting rain tease the drought-stricken land with hope of more to come, but stingy clouds cling jealously to their precious droplets only releasing scant sprinkles from time to time. O God please open up the heavens and let it pour! 3/22/21

Amen! So many plants missing because of drought. We used to have miles of golden poppies. None now. Very nice poem. I hope your plea is answered.
