Peach orchard in spring ..

A nice trip through farm country where there are huge numbers of acres planted in peach trees, apple trees, sections of shrubs planted for a nursery, and also row crops are planted..Just a little time away from home to enjoy my special day, the date upon which I was born many years ago. A celebration that I was born, still live, and enjoy life. A few moments to enjoy a nice lunch together as a couple. The drive is always a pleasant one especially in the spring or fall.
lavender fields alive with color.... peach orchard in spring
The spring angular sun lighted the orchard like a vibrant silk dyed cloth being tossed by a breeze. Pleasure centers of the brain sparkled with the expectancy of being swaddled in auroras' satisfaction. The beauty, the anticipation of a wonderful lunch, and what might come coterminously to the last alluring curve in the road awakened my inner being with possibilities to what blessings abide for me.
young pecan orchard interlaced with small plum trees.... future spring beauties
Hope for the future and our posterity seems gift wrapped in these fields what a joyous thought for my birthday treat.

I like this portrait of nature since I have always dwelled in an urban environment. I am going to upstate New York this summer as I always do to re -connect with nature. Beautiful words here! Peace & Love Matthew Anish

Ooooh I love haibuns, Sarah ... I don't see many on the Soup! "being swaddles in aurora's satisfaction" << this was such a beautiful phrase, and a great way to describe the collage of various flowers. I think this is one of my favorites from you, Sarah ... (I'll have to look up what "coterminously" means though ... new word to me!)

I have never smelled a peach tree..I need to go to a field of them in bloom and see what their scent is like..Here they are always spraying the fields with pesticides and I remember that scent very well..Can't make any peaches though without the spray..Thanks for stopping by..Sara

This is wonderful, Sara. Having grown up with orange orchards you brought the scene back to me, even the scent of orange blossoms. Thanks for sharing this lovely Haibun.

I don't know if I have ever smelled the scent of a peach orchard..I need to go to one and see exactly what a peach blossom smells like..When I think of peach orchards, I think of the scent of pesticides that they have to spray to keep all the bugs that destroy the fruit..Sara
