Karma
' What goes around will come around ' , it's said,
each action that I take involves a choice,
subconsciously by this adage I'm led
with gentle guidance, through it's subtle voice.
No haste taken when faced with some attack,
harsh words, ill-will, whatever comes my way,
no like-for-like response is given back,
the hand one deals, life calls another day.
Why take the risk, aim blindly in the dark?
For thus our future lies, uncertain routes,
if actions, like arrows should miss their mark
you may regret just who it is you shoot.
Live life as if it's only you that cares,
for what they've done- well, one day they'll get theirs.
