Your light verse dear Bill, Your poem beautifully captures the essence of individuality and the importance of being true to oneself. The metaphorical comparison between being a star and being a car adds a creative touch to the message, making it both relatable and thought-provoking... True and so well written. Sometimes we dont realize it is the difference between us that makes us special and will be remembered for . Why pretend to fit in? I find that contradicting and deceptive when one puts on a show to fit in , or to meet societys expectations, one who cant stand up for what they believe in because well they are too concerned about pleasing everyone but themselves. Leaving inner child alive, grieving. Pleasure reading this bill. This resonates with me as lately i see this

You should always be yourself.. Everyone else is taken dearest... Always be true to what you believe and not what others want to make you.. but always be cool.. now that is important BIM...

Great advice Bill, sadly a lot of young people are brainwashed by social media telling them they should be something else. Only by being yourself and nobody else will you succeed in life. Tom
