Jesus, You Lift Me Up
Jesus, you were there on the day I was born,
and I feel you have always been close.
Jesus, you hold me when I mourn,
within your arms I can rest and repose.
Always here to lift me up when I am forlorn,
and have given me strength to battle my shadows.
