Is Soupmail Still Private

IS SOUPMAIL STILL PRIVATE How do non - members get into soup, Somewhere in the system there’s a loop, And ask you to contact them please, It makes one to not feel at ease, This person does not exist on Poetry Soup! Since I commenced with this friendly troop, Had two or three mails, outside of our group, I just ignore them, but it happens, how? Do others get them, good to know now, For I am sure none of us want a snoop.

Fine piece Jennifer and a real problem but as others said better to delete them. I 've had a couple in recent months that had no poems on their page which made me think it odd. Congrats on POTD, Blessings to you, Gordon

I have had four unwanted emails from the same person who has no poetry here at Poetry Soup. I tried to block them to no avail. Three of my friends heard from this same woman and one reported it to PS Team. Congratulations on putting light on a subject that needs attention and your POTD honors Jennifer! : ) xxoo

Interesting, i must say it has not happened to me... sometimes fake accounts are created on the soup, and sometimes people delete their accounts, so it means the inbox is affected... Congrats on POTD..

...what they do is, go fishing for innocent victims...once you bite, they have you hooked...usually asking for monies of sorts...((((do not give them your email!))))...using thousands of scam pitches as bait...fish beware lol
