Infinite

Faith in a world infinite, Where no one alive has ever set foot, Whether real or illusory, Makes death less scary, And leaves life not dreary. It is like a leap into the unknown, With the spell of eternal life, Ever alluring and bewitching us- A balm to lives arduous, And an intoxicant to the pious. With the slow closing of our eye. We believe, we enter a life infinite, Where neither sadness can reach, Nor sighs to smother our breath. Soft and sweet will be our glide, Through ether like a tiny bird. Fluttering on wings invisible, Soaring to heights infinite, And into times uncountable, which we call Eternity, Where on and on flows time’s ceaseless tide. Why scoff it as the fancy of a fevered mind, While the mystery of it, no mortal could ever unwind? ___________________________ March.3. 2023 Writing Challenge ‘I’ Words Poetry Contest Sponsor- Constance La France

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. John 5:24 NIV the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. John 14:17 NIV Amen, valsa , we know from a changed lifestyle for he lives with you and will live through you, to tell all of His mercy and grace : )

My hope and peace in believing the Savior, the eternal hope of Jesus has helped me to cope with the loss of loved ones. Without this hope, I cannot imagine the horrendous heartache. I'd rather believe, and if at the end it wasn't true (but I believe 100% it is :) I wouldn't know I'd been wrong! I once believed in pretty much nothing, but science, I wrote about that in Child of the King. My belief came unexpectedly, I'm much happier now :) <3

Again, beguiling poetry. We could not think it, if it was not true on some level of reality. In fact, physical life is the illusion -- learn from the dream of solid spiritual example. There is nothing we can think that is not already substance of the mind of God. Blessings my friend.
