~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Everything is shrouded in promise, hope, and fantastic intangible places where I float softly outlined by delicate, obscured light. I reach a hand through the pupil of my mind’s eye reaching for fantasies, poems and perfection~ a fistful of wishful creativity leaving real life behind
The call of the 'ideal'...the entry into the mystical world of creative imagination, possibilities floating on distant horizons...the doorway sought by the poet into the world of perpetual inspiration. The feeling well captured in your splendid poem Sara.
Its marketers delight. ( hilarious that its AI advertisement that shows up in the comments LOL ). Isn't fantasy just what could be but isn't and maybe not quite yet? Star Trek sure predicted a lot of technology ( or spurred it to be created) . Idea generation is fantasy. And technology and fashion and even social constructs move to it over time. Its just concepts.
I appreciate the depth of your thoughts. Which came first? The thought about technology or technology itself? I agree...idea generation is fantasy but forces move it forward. Like how your mind thinks. Grateful for your visit, Susan. Have a splendid day, Sara
Dear Sara, a mesmerizing picture of the allure of imagination and creativity. The imagery of everything shrouded in promise and hope, where intangible places beckon and delicate light softly outlines our dreams, is truly enchanting. I loved your longing to reach for fantasies, poems, and perfection speaks to the deep yearning for expression and escape. Yet, there's also a sense of leaving behind the constraints of reality, daring to grasp the limitless possibilities of the mind. Sara, this is a beautiful and evocative glimpse into the realm of creativity. - Blessings, Daniel
