In the Orangery
IN THE ORANGERY
In the orangery, her face glows
as sunstreaks rain like the snowfall.
A white bud stem her fingers pin.
Hush blush is her alabaster skin.
Her eyes focus to a book below,
hair unmoved from the wind blow,
similar to her thoughts running slow.
She sits calm, hand under her chin,
in the orangery.
Air dances, citrus smell swings a let go
sweetness dazzle an overflow.
It mimics, the lady's chaste grin
unhidden from her lashes spin.
Her beauty and the tangerine bulbs flow,
in the orangery.
