Within the periphery of my heart I have mystic visions of you. With every rhythmic beat I feel your ecstatic warmth. With every spontaneous surge I perceive your seductive smile. With every hot kiss, I feel it’s just a flirting mood. With every impulsive hug I fear your ticklish tease. Please take my troubled heart. Just make it whole but stop the torrid torment of unsatisfied promised dreams.

Yes. Sometimes, one's vision of the other is misinterpreted by the one who envisions a real possibility. If this is fiction, it's well thought out!...ab

Enjoyed reading your work. Thanks for dropping by and for the prayers. Our son-in-law has gallstones. They are going to keep him overnight. Sara

hmm, from the picture and some of your words, I think the guy is not reading body language very well or something.

You have typically acquired an enviable reputation for meticulously crafting such poems, Victor. An outstanding representation of the strain occurs when feelings have not yet extended an active state of equilibrium. Throughout each sentence, one can clearly detect the tone of your beating heart—greetings, dear friend.

A charming depiction of struggle when emotions don't quite feel the harmony yet. Every line displays the voice of pulse --whether in kiss, hug, or tease. Well written, as always, Victor.
