Thanks James - it took 2 minutes to write - i know Nayda is struggling at the moment and i hope it cheers her up - i always smile when I see a rainbow I guess the sunshine that follows the rain lifts your spirits:-) hugs jan xx

Thanks Mark I don't know what is is about rainbows but they always make me smile - I once saw them described as an upside down smile from God - I think that is a beautiful way to describe them:-) hugs jan xx

It's a 'feel good poem Demetrios - i know Nayda is having some problems at the moment and I sent it to her yesterday:-) I love rainbows they always make me smile - ye had April showers yesterday - one was a massive hailstorm but I saw 3 wonderful rainbows in an hour :-) hugs jan xx
