If only I could empty your veins From Your indifferent blood that runs through And Replace it with mine, Only then You would be able to feel the intensity Of My love, which- boiling lava - makes my heart beat, Ecstatically, for you! © Demetrios Trifiatis 05 December 2018 I would like to thank all my friends who support my efforts for without them this honor POTD would not be possible. Very impressive, Deme. Such hot love for a cold heart! What a waste...but then inspiration so often comes from love thwarted. Congrats (belated though it may be) on getting POTD for this one.

Indeed this poem is one of your Masterpieces, you have so many, but this one appeals to the reader in such a romantic way. It is a fave for me, and I see it has been honored with POTD. My dearest, Maria, thank you so much for your kindness, unfortunately, only a few poets support your words! Thank you for your wishes to make the list of the Best Hundred Poems ! This is impossible since I did not make even the best new poems list in which my name was there for months. After my POTD my name was EXCLUDED even form that list ! Tomorrow I will post a LIMERICK exposing those who have made their mission to eliminate good people at the PS! God bless you!
