This is a true story about the time I wet my pants in kindergarten because the teacher wouldn't let me go to the restroom. Boy did my mother rip her a new "you know what" (lol) I can laugh about it now, but it sure as heck wasn't funny back then.
I sat in the back raising and waving my hands
I know she saw me...but she just ignored me
Why? I asked myself...does she not like me?...I am just a child
I thought it was me, I was shy...I did not know
There were rules, but I knew it just couldn't be like this
My hands were sweating and my legs were shaking...I was losing control
She continued ignoring me...she began to look very ugly to me
Time was running out...and time was of the essence
Finally, my shyness could be held no more
"TEACHER" I shouted... She looked baffled with her ugly face
"TEACHER" I shouted again...the classroom went silent
"What is it" she asked in her ugly voice
Tears dripped, I could not speak...I cried
Standing there, sobbing...being looked at by everyone
My legs were shaking again...this time because I was scared
Scared of what that ugly teacher would do
Because, she never let me go...because I wet myself
"This is school, this is kindergarten" I asked myself
I want to go home
I did not know, I was shy...I thought it was me
