I remember you… Like a light, shining bright Moving through the shadows Of night… Splitting the darkness apart To show me that love is strong Love is alive, surviving hard times Reassuring and comforting Inspiring hope and faith Reawakening dreams And encouraging every good thing I remember you… Like a joy I could touch Whispering through the clutch Of despair and grief Reminding me that my dreams Are worthy of the time I spend Reaching for them like they Breathe a caress across my life Laughter through my spirit Kindness over my heart Grace that is wise and warm Fulfilling my longing for love I remember you… A beacon of courage amid the pain Always patient, always caring Wearing a smile filled with pleasure Brightening my life with acceptance Understanding, never rejecting, Always alive with sincerity and insight Supportive of every ambition Aware of every anticipation I remember you… A warm heart that chose to love Beyond the worry and fear Past the feelings of disillusionment Through it all, whatever might come… Love … is how I remember you!

There is no more beautiful monument of remembrance than that of love. It is the beacon that guides is through the dark nights of misfortunes. Excellent writing, my friend, Gina. Hugs xxx

Wonderful tribute. We should all aspire to have somewhere think of us this way. I've got a long way to go. Well penned. Have a great day my friend.
