I Must Move On

Believing you've forgotten those moments we shared, Finding more satisfying life with another, Assuming the time came when you no longer cared I must move on. When one loves fully, it is hard to recover From heartbreak, the wounded soul is utterly bared, Months, perhaps years, before the mind will discover Desertion leaves wounded the aching heart ensnared In love's trap, until it finds a brand new lover, But forever after is conflicted and scared I must move on. Ah, Robert, you are too kind. Well, I'm off next week to sunny Florida for a week on the beach, so you all will get a rest, but I'll come back with lots to write about...hopefully. Again, thanks, Robert, I really appreciate your compliment!
