I Know a Place

I know a place where I can go and make a gentle river flow. I might imagine any view or turn the gray skies into blue. My thoughts can wander to and fro! If grace I seek, sweet flowers grow. If soft I want, I think of snow the white of lace, and it comes true. I know a place. I blink my eyes for fireflies’ glow and should I wish for long ago to reappear like morning dew, and should I wish to be with you, I simply dream and make it so. I know a place. Hi Andrea, how beautiful to know a place where thoughts, people, happenings come true, you just have to think of it or dream of it, and this place or person comes to you. A delicate poem with mounds of meaning.. Hugs, blessings, Jennifer.
