"And God said to Moses on the mountain, I am that, I am . . ."
The Bible
Let me tell you a story . . .
These words- I am that, I am are strong mantra words,
that I use when meditating or just contemplating my life:
I am poet, I am love, I am gentle, I am humble, I am,
extending upwards to transcend ordinary awareness;
I am a tree with my roots deep in this earth- this life,
and my branches expand to embrace the infinite.
I am aware of my outer self and my inner self,
outer self accepts all the things taught or told:
inner self questions everything seeking new truths,
to find unfathomable magical transformation;
my divine purpose and relinquishing my old history,
I am hope, I am kindness, I am joy, I am beautiful.
I offer you some Bible messages to contemplate,
I am the door, John 10:9, I am the bread of life, John 6:35:
I am the light of the world, John 14.6. I am that I am, God,
I am the vine and you are the branches, John 15:5;
I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and End, Rev. 16,
I am the resurrection, Jesus, I am the way, Jesus.
In my meditation each day I expand on my I am mantras,
repeating words, I am strong, I am peace, I am happiness;
I am worthy, I am fearless, I am warrior, I am flying, I am,
I am friend, I am me with all my flaws and imperfections.
