How Joyful

How joyful was the time Christ came to earth. Though no one knows for sure Christ’s true birthday, at Christmas time we celebrate His birth. The Yuletide symbols are meant to convey what happiness and peace God gifted us though no one knows for sure Christ’s true birthday. Lights brightly glow on trees and houses. Thus, this shows how Jesus lights the way for all. What happiness and peace God gifted us. There is a kind of magic with snowfall - so beautiful and glowing – God’s pure love. This shows how Jesus lights the way for all. The evergreen, the new star, and the dove: we pause, reflecting on God’s only Son - so beautiful and glowing – God’s pure love. With song the angels praised the Holy One. How joyful was the time Christ came to earth. We pause, reflecting on God’s only Son. At Christmas time we celebrate His birth.

Quite good Andrea, I accept Christ for the sacrifices, teaching and demonstrably kindness and love. Reaching the year end is worth celebrating. We have a valid reason. Andrea, we do not know the time, we are told such and such, yet our heart hold strong to the essence of Gods love.

Nice poem Andrea, though the etymology of many of the things you mention that are associated with Xmas are of pagan origin. It is what it is

I'm not sure it's negative. Just the facts, ma'am. And if you read the Bible account carefully, you'll see that the star was malevolent, rather than benevolent, since it guided the astrologers to Jesus so Herod could destroy him

Yeah but why focus on the negative? Star and Angel at least are not from paganism
