Humor needs a bigger role
In this world of woe.
Laughter's serum for the soul,
As all fun lovers know.
Robust guffaws brighten days
Insides shake, and hot tears flow.
Think of all the many ways
You could cheer those feeling low.
It's been scientifically proven that laughing improves blood pressure, reduces stress, and increases blood flow and oxygenation to cells and organs. Laughter
is "contagious" and uplifting!
