Hanging On
I’m hanging on like branches of the trees
Blowing back and forth in the breeze
I’m hanging on like a string of a kite
Wavering in the air, trying to keep sight
I’m hanging on like that last leaf, alone
After all the others have fallen and blown
I’m hanging on, hanging on, tight as I can
Until sometime, there is another plan
