Half Past Summer,Two Months Till Fall

Intense heat and humidity of July’s yellow eyes.
Still, I see mellow leaves, falling from the trees, withering.
Nearly naked, both the skin and the bark, age in season.

Cold really makes my bones ache. Can't stand air-conditioning, and my wife likes it on ice-cube.
