Haiku King Tags Haiku Prince
The pigeon arrived,
With rays of the morning sun;
Amongst dew's first kiss.
A pleasant morning,
Full of splendorous brisk air;
Magnificent bliss.
Word from my steward,
Graces the rolled parchment scroll;
My torch has been lit.
Ruben sent his note,
Expressing that he tagged me;
And now I am it.
With my royal pen,
I ponder the soul I’ll tag;
As the day unfolds.
The Queen of Footle..?
Perhaps not, she’s been away;
Who will I bestow..?
I search my minds eye,
Eating my cluster of grapes;
Before I address.
Selecting the man,
Known as the Prince of Haiku;
Nathan Bane Leccese.
