Green Tea Joy

Every day I sip green tea with sweetener Supposed to be good for one's health Indeed I think it is ! Tea is a marvelous beverage Allows one to "perk up" During a hectic day I enjoy the taste of it And said to a local barista "Green tea is the elixir of life" He smiled I believe I might be right!

I know what they say and I believe you, regretfully I'm hooked on coffee. Thanks for sharing dear friend. Have the greatest day ever.

And there is tea for two, a lovely way to share the health. And this fine poem has perked me up as well. Thank you for sharing.

Matt, I have taken up the tea habit. I try to do it at least twice a day. I even mix bags together, like dandelion with green tea!! At night i often do sleepytime tea with many good ingredients in it. I don't like plain water, so hopefully lots of tea can be a replacement for that!!

be sure you are not using stuff like Splenda or Aspartame. Just do honey or Stevia!!

Loved this ode to green tea, Matthew--I drink tea as well--but not green--so no health benefits for me.

Hi Mathew there are different green teas on the shelves, I picked the wrong one one day. Had to visit the doctor! Seasons greetings. Jennifer.

Agreed, except I have a question about sweetener. If it is honey U use, it's healthy. White sugar, aspartame & splenda --far from splendid. To your health, a CHeERy Christmas season (I left the interpretation of holes open in my poem U kindly visited)
