Greed the Game
Might as well be lined up
Before a firing squad
Victims on one side
Tyrants on the other
The game is not played with bullets
But manipulated for financial gain
We’re just mere toys
While they dangle what is owed us
No recourse for our rage
Fury indignation
They play the game so well
While we just watch our lives slip away
Our precious time
They play they laugh with our funds
Our power quality of life
Nickels to them
They stretch it out until we’re weak
Just a numbers game
Compounded interest on our cumulated lots
