Friendship- a Special Kind of Love

Friends may come and go through the journey of this life, yet each one leaves a beautiful footprint on my heart and soul; though time and miles may keep us apart and our paths different, our friendship is still strong and real and forever. I have been blessed with friends who truly believe in me, who accept me with all my flaws and all of my beautiful too; who see the pain in my eyes although I am smiling bright, who break down the high walls I put around me. Some have hurt me that is true and our friendship gone, but I still look back on our times together that was wonderful; and I weep for that friendship of long ago that withered away, I wonder do you still think of me sometimes with tears.
