Do I see the world through the eyes of my soul or do I just record it in my mind to be kept as a memory?

to answer your question, perhaps the soul is the 'mind'...we are forever (all of us) having our internal conversations with ourselves, if the soul is the 'mind', some of us are in a hellalujah pickle... perhaps hellopino/hellopeno (sic) depending which way you look at it ;)

"Nothing you love is lost. Not really. Things, people, they always go away, sooner or later. You can’t hold them, any more than you can hold moonlight. But if they’ve touched you, if they’re inside you, then they’re still yours. The only things you ever really have are the ones you hold inside your heart." Bruce Coville

Thank you Monsieur Parker. Redirecting all to Parker's "Footprints on the Shore", I must go and read pronto. I can assure you when I wrote this yesterday, it erupted from the very depths of the well within, where the muse resides....she was reading this, this morning upon awakening, and has to agree, the gentleman has the tiger by the tail, "“Life ... is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.” William Shakespeare, Macbeth
