Stilled, hushed solitude is required To set my soul on fire A natural setting desired Before spring's beauty expires Woodsy terrain along the creek Are where lovely azalea Blossoms spread, and sunlight seek Spring plants in their regalia These soften my soul to the Spirit Gray clouds become cobalt Words revealed to my merit I become worth my salt Written: December 17, 2022 Sponsor: Mystic Rose Contest: Follow The Fire
