Finding Peace

I will face the pain held deep in my soul With a wish to release every regret And hope to heal and begin again, whole As I've paid with my pain, all of my dept Memories rush by as if to remind Cradled in the yearning of tomorrow Here in the darkness, my mind will unwind And start to wash away all my sorrow Within without old worlds cast asunder As I feel the power of a new dawn's sun I drift on the winds of silent wonder And dream of tomorrow, as it's begun To feel quiet with every breath I find I lay in a meadow, deep in my mind 10/22/21
