A beautiful field Of sunflowers Bathing in the sun Following the sun's path Even through the clouds of gray If only we could be like the Sunflowers Following the Son Even though there are those Cloudy days dispersed throughout our lives

Yes, Beryl, it was a lovely field of sunflowers. The person who owns that property plants a field of sunflowers every year since back when COVID started. I am sure he sells the seeds to either a birdseed company or a company that makes sunflower seed oil. Thanks for visit. Sara K

The imagery here is so well described that it’s easy to picture the sunflowers like the picture you’ve used dear Sara. Love the line, ‘Following the sun’s path’ and the last verse especially with how you have poetically and beautifully written,’ Following the Son’. Inspirational. A really pleasurable read. Just like the sunflowers whose faces are always turned to the sun even through clouds of gray, we should also follow the Son of God even when our lives are covered with dark clouds. Beautiful message, dear Sara.

Thank you, Karen. I appreciate the visit. Seeing the field of Sunflowers was so nice on our trip back from getting a test done. We even turned off the main road and drove all around the Sunflower field. They add delight to a neighborhood this was a rural area though. Sara K
