Favorite

Some words Need not be spoken Yet somehow I have always felt that I am your favorite Perhaps others Feel the same way It's how you engage The way you hear The playfulness in your voice The genuiness of your laugh Like I am the only one who matters In that slice of time I am your favorite You Yes you Are my favorite One of a very special few My soul connected since before I was born For me your eyes are home Your hug my strength Your laugh my pleasure I am lifted by your clever My heart sings in the midst of your generous I cry your tears I see myself in your mirror The parts of me I cherish sprung from your spirit Your words dance at the edges of me Permeate my inner being Centre me You Yes you My very special one My favorite The one I love Who has blessed me so My special Very special Favorite Undefinable Wonderful Mom I love you Mom

Parent sadly says that you are my favoriteIf they did it just would not be fair and a bit cruel My mother said to me once a mother has a love for all of her children, But my older brother is her favorite and also my younger one, I'm shit, It is called middle child syndrome At least I had the balls to take them on My brother is a pussy By now Richard you can tell i had at hard I most likely had a mental condition like Bi polar Ort adhd , buit i was not nut or stupid i waas sharp as whip it took all the way to now to face my demonds like low self esteem and stuff like that

My mom has always maintained that she has no favorites. She makes each of us feel like a favorite. I’m sorry this piece brought up bad memories for you. That is sad your mom would say that.

We are our mother's favourite indeed..We can feel it through their love and in many ways no one can ever replace their love.This is beautiful and now I have misty eyes.Re your visit on my poem. I did take it further.Tnks for your enlightening advice.
