Eyes Wide Open

As the hawk flew by, Its wings left shadows on the trees Flickering in the sun Soaring to its destination, Unknown to anyone watching The air was cold, spring was late This didn't matter to the hawk flying free Leaving a beautiful trail of sight to see In open space with flashes of possibility Reflected from its flight, to eyes wide open And a mind willing to welcome it all Heidi Sands 5/14/19

That is nice you can see it Vijay. The shadows were actually flickering from its wings in flight. Thank you for your comment :)
