Etched Within
Prolific page of promise
Within the wandering mind
Beautifully held within
Lost in breaths of time
Amid the river's glory
Of silken light dissolve
The lonely leaf of solitude
Drowns without resolve
Fading through the season
Each flowers gone with time
Drooping in a final plea
Windswept within my mind
And now the rusted memories
Fading as I climb
Searching for my long lost love
Etched within my mind
