The air is different up here Cool, crisp, super refreshing My head feels lighter My heart is singing Mountain air is scintillating It is uplifting It brings optimism to my soul I stand closer to the cliff The elements smile upon me They entice me to be better than I was Maybe better than I have ever been

Ah, I agree. Nothing is so exhilarating as fresh mountain air. When I go to the mountains, I love to stand outside and breathe deeply.

I can so relate, dear Caren ! Whenever we go on a picnic to the mountain side, I feel so refrehed inhaling the crisp, chilly mountain air. The ambiance there is heavenly !
