I don't know how the wild animals make it and I guess some don't. Nicely done Haiku about an interesting subject. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara

A realistic scenario as I have observed. A vivid Haiku. Sincerely, Love, Moses

On the way from Canada to NC where I am at the moment, I must have seen at least 100 deer, down from the mountains where there wasn't as much snow, looking for grass. They are such beautiful, gentle creatures. This is a beautiful Haiku. Thank you for sharing, Barbara. Love, Elaine

Hi, Barbara...yes, the deers are like us finding shenter from the cold, pouring rain, waiting for the rain to taper off...hoping for sunlight. These are amazing lines! Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year with your loved ones, and may God bless you. Kindest Regards, Andrew.

I often wonder how farm animals and wild animals survive, but God provides for them somehow. enjoyed reading.

I never thought about critters in the rain...hmmm..I wonder if they just do stand there? or if they try to find shelter? Light & Love

Calm after the storm. I can just picture those deer waiting. Nice one! Karen
