Emotions are the wardrobe of the heart;
so often hearts must change the robe it wears.
According to the circumstance at hand-
must represent the vision of its cares.
For happiness, the heart feels utter Joy.
A lovely smile and twinkling eyes will show,
and everyone will see with just a glance,
the heart's attire that day does shine and glow.
Conversely, there are days when sorrow brings
a plight for every heart to change its scene;
when sobs and tears replace the happy smiles-
then melancholy drapes the heart between.
Life's ups and downs provide so many robes
the heart keeps close in handling levels of
the known and unexpected shades of life-
its sorrows, joys- its loneliness, and love.
