I discovered this form online. It's called a Dixdeux. It is French for ten-two.
It can be written in any number of tercets. When more than one tercet is written, line 3 becomes
a refrain in the remaining tercets. Syllable count is 10/10/2, hence the name Dixdeux.
This form is unrhymed and can be on any subject.
