Einstein Says
Imagination. Einstein says it is the best gauge of intelligence.
Yes, THAT Einstein.
The one with hair like mine.
Imagination. It sometimes stirs up fears inside me to
the point where I am prone, and immobile,
a victim of my own craziness.
Imagination. It is all over the place in three-year-old
town. They have fantasy people, and curious inventions,
and songs that make sense only to themselves,
delightful songs.
Imagination. Called up in droves by a woman who has been beaten to
a pulp, who refuses to believe he will do it again, even
though it is the sixth time.
Imagination, a powerful tool, understood by the insane.
So the brilliantly insane have it in double doses.
Shut up!
Smug smile now.
