Easter 2018

EASTER 2018 For twenty years I celebrated Easter In various parts of the world In the footsteps of the Apostle Paul In Turkey where he once walked I celebrated Easter in Saigon While serving in Vietnam I celebrated Easter in Texas Oklahoma, California, and New Jersey On Waikiki Beach three years And at Epworth by the Sea I've been in some interesting places Where The Resurrection was recognized But this year 2018 was the most meaningful I was at home on Georgia soil At home where my roots are Perhaps never to leave home again I don't know where I'll celebrate in 2019 Maybe Christ will call me Home by then And I'll celebrate it with Him And every Easter thereafter in eternity But 'til that day arrives for me I'll just have to be content To know that Easter 2018 Was the best Easter I ever spent 16 April 2018 For the contest sponsored by Cecelia Hopkins-Drewer

Thank you, Susan. The service to my country was not initially intended to last more than 4 years. I am proud that it lasted for 20. It gave me the opportunity to see places I never would have been able to visit otherwise, as well as defend the freedom of America. Thank you so much for 'thanking' me.

Thanks, Line! It truly was a fabulous world tour --- compliments of the U.S. Air Force. I spent 20 years in the Air Force and had the great opportunity to see places I never would have seen otherwise. I do truly appreciate your invaluable support.
