Do You See What I See

Water my throaty thirst before its dusted dry Shelter my barren bones before the setting sky Smile at my heavy heart before its crumble cry Feed my humble hunger before I dimly die Dry my tainted tears that run to rivers red Heal my walking wounds before they sadly spread Hold my helpless hands before they surely shred Touch my severed soul before its banished bed. Good Morning Winged Warrior. I so love the humanity within your words and entry. What a beautiful soul. Your words reach the reader. It was an honor turning to your work and this entry this morning. Well done entirely and completely. Best of luck with the contest.

Your words could touch even the harshest of hearts, WW. And the alliteration in each couplet is perfection personified.
