They’re different types of reality Most will only believe in what they see One reality is physical form There’s also mental no need for alarm When only a thought the thought is still real Sometimes reality we may just feel Sometimes it’s belief that may help us heal To understand there’s layers we must peel Many realities exist in thought I know this is different than what we’re taught. Truth exists in our own reality Our thoughts turn into the things that we see Each of us thinks in a different way Our realities changing everyday

I absolutely agree with everything that you've so wisely stated here.. Our realities are the thoughts that we believe to be true, they can change each day and our philosophies can evolve over time.. All this is for our individual growths. I'm awestruck by your capabilities of conveying such deep ideas and topics, so vividly, through poetic words.
