Diagnosed Psychosomatic

My father, an officer in army, his friend too,
A hypochondriac friend who was always blue,
Said I’m off to see the quack,
Doc said, odds against you stack,
Diagnosis: you’re pregnant Rex, out he flew!

Let's see now. If women can go to the bathroom standing up, then men can have babies, as far as I'm concerned. The question is: Will the babies have the Men?!! ~ Just askin'

Haha! Your witty pen never fails to bring laughter to my day, my dear friend and sweet poetry sis. I bet his diagnosis was met with a pregnant pause.. before he flew out the door! Lol! I hope all is well with you and yours, dearest Jennifer. Warmest wishes, love and hugs sent to you on sunny beams across the many miles.. ~Susan

Your father's friend wasn’t sure what he should do - Morning sickness was getting him down too - He didn't know from where - A baby he'd bear - Hoped it was true a stork brought them to you……. Belle

Thanks for the chuckle today, Jenny, you have impregnated my mind with a new fear of doctor visits, lol. I wonder if Rex was racing over to the OB/GYN for a second opinion...or maybe checking the calendar to see if it was April Fools day... have a great day, dear friend.

Hi Joseph, happy I made you chuckle - there was a film I would sa a good 15 - 20 years ago with Albert Schwarzenegger and doctors changed his life around, it was a comedy, he carried full term and had a baby, so who knows in the future, stranger things have happened ! Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Hi my friend, absolutely but as I replied to Joseph, there was a film that we watched many years ago, it was hysterical - if you have Netflix it does have older movies, perhaps check and see, you will laugh right throughout, he even develops morning sickness! Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.
