"Hope shines like a pebble in the gloom" Metaphor Clouds sail the sky, but my life has been passages; some days I cry, or ask why, or just sigh, looking to God for messages. I want to drift like the clouds, to float and to glide, to ride foaming crashing ocean waves at high tide, but have hopes and dreams that I hide. I want to set sail for my true north and just fly! I have a fire, that burns and flickers within me; courage, strength- a fathomless desire, I have faith to be free. The long road may be all uphill with twisting ways, I may get lost on paths that wind like a wild maze, but will keep hope and pick bouquets. Will have desperate days but will still climb higher!
