It's a trap and a dark place. People do find relief with modern medicines--or so I am told.

I think many of us have had bouts of it and people saying pull yourself together or snap out of it just does not work. It's an unseen illness. Hope it's not about you Heidi. Tom

Heidi, so sad, you capture depression with your words very well. I hope you are not describing yourself? I have been down often too in my life, in dark pits of grief and I crawled back into the life so I refuse to let that happen again, I keep telling myself that, I want to feel good, I want to feel God ~
