I can relate to this Tom. You described what it is like perfectly. I once was given medication that gave me depression as a side effect and I know exactly how it feels. It took several months to figure out what was causing it. xxoo

Thanks Anne, you're right, there's more help available now unlike years ago. There's always light at the end of the tunnel but for some it's a struggle to get there. Tom
