Dealing with wasps

The end of a wasps nest I ignored has resulted in up to 10 wasps a day coming in next to where I work. I'm proudly putting each one outside (the most I caught at once in one Ferrero Rocher box is 6). It's interesting (to me) how it isn't causing me stress. Buzz. Locate wasp(s). Catch wasp(s). Put outside. I imagine we are into the 40+ numbers now. I'd quite like to treat intrusive thoughts in much the same way. Thought: "Do you think you've embarrassed yourself with this poem?" Catch thought. Put outside. It's a good system and I've built up muscle memory now for dealing with a buzz... I will wish them well let them fly freely unconfined harmlessly captured and released
