Crystalline Winter Faeries
In this crystalline wood, dance the faeries;
around and around they swirl, twirl; elemental divas.
In and out among the glass-limbed sentinels;
tiny faeries dance in flight.
Translucent fey folk seen with the soul’s eyes;
Caring for the trees, take time to play like the rest of us. Even faeries know a bit of recreation, preserves sanity...better to do a proper job.
Watching them, I feel no cold, crispness;
Mesmerized by their charm and beauty;
I become one with the trees.
